A Chefde Partie position is available at a four star boutique town house hotel which is a busy dining venue serving fresh, French and modern British dishes in the Bistro. The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and afternoon teas. As a result this Chef de Partie role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles and you will be working with a team of 6 chefs in the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing hotel company.
CVs will be considered from Chef de Parties, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations ideally with a minimum of 1 AA Rosette experience. A chef de Partie who has the drive and ambition and can assist to ensure high levels of food standards are achieved
