Exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a brigade of 7 chefs at a luxury country house hotel in North Yorkshire that offers high quality, award winning dining in its modern British restaurant. The fine dining restaurant has 60 covers, there is also a busy banqueting and conference department and this hotel is a popular wedding venue. As a result this chef de Partie role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst ensuring that you support the brigade to run a smooth, high class service at all times. Excellent pay plus good promotion opportunities.
CVs will be considered from chef de parties, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years and ideally with a minimum of 1 Rosette experience. A Chef de Partie who has the drive, commitment and is enthusiastic to learn and develop.
