Chef de Partie – TP2371 Full Time Permanent

The Owner of an award winning country gastro pub, with an excellent reputation, is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to join the team of four chefs working in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be working with good quality, fresh seasonal ingredients to create modern European dishes. The experienced Head Chef will train up an enthusiastic chef de Partie and offer a good skill set to work to.

Requirements:

A hard working Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie who has a 2-3 years experience working in fresh modern style kitchens.

**Due to the location of this property it is essential that applicants have their own transport
