An extremely popular high end Italian restaurant has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the team. Working in a modern wood-fired kitchen established over two years ago. The food is highly regarded, attracting customers locally and further afield. The menu focuses on a good range of authentic Mediterranean and English dishes including pizza, pasta, fish, sides and salads using the finest quality ingredients. This restaurant is privately owned and a lovely place to work, there will be opportunity to expand in this role as the owners have exciting new plans to open a courtyard barn restaurant in the next few months.
A Chef de Partie who is passionate about food, with a flexible can do attitude and experience of working with a wood fired pizza oven in this busy, fresh food kitchen. You must maintain excellent health and hygiene standards, keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy, reporting to the Head Chef as part of a brigade of 4. This is a buzzing venue with a great atmosphere in the kitchen so needs a chef who is capable of working well in a strong team environment. Due to the rural location of this restaurant you will ideally have your own transport.
