An Executive Head Chef is seeking a Chef de Partie who can join the kitchen brigade of 4. The restaurant offers day time dining and prides itself in serving, innovative, seasonal dishes all freshly prepared on site. This is a busy city restaurant serving modern British food, so you must be able to work well under pressure. In this position of Chef de Partie you will mainly work Monday to Saturday, but there will be occasional evenings to cover events.
A Chef de Partie who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. CVs will be considered from experienced chefs who are at least strong Commis Chefs but ideally a Chef de Partie with experience of running their own section.
