A Chef de Partie position is available at an award winning four star stunning country hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great kitchen team who use fresh local produce to create high quality food to the restaurants 2 AA rosette level. As a skilled Chef you will be capable of running your own section. The restaurant meus are designed around local British produce and changed seasonally, there are also extensive banqueting menus, afternoon tea and function menus all of which are executed to perfection by the talented kitchen team. As a result this chef de partie role will give you a fantastic opportunity to learn new cooking styles and gain experience working with a team of committed chefs.
CVs will be considered from skilled Chefs who are capable of running their own section, have a great eye for detail and presentation, work well under pressure and have experience working in a volume led environment. Chefs must have a can do attitude, high personal standards and experience of a busy kitchen environment typically in a fast paced gastro pub / restaurant environment.
