Chef de Partie – TP2335 Full Time Permanent

A fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie is available at a popular venue, with an excellent reputation, located in the centre of Leeds. The property is busy all year round and offers seasonally changing fresh food menus in the main bistro style restaurant. The venue also offers a late night bar menu including small plates and grills as well as providing food for private functions. This role requires a passionate chef who is enthusiastic about creating dishes using locally sourced fresh ingredients. As Chef de Partie you will work on all sections and ensure that you are prepared for service whilst being able to work in a calm and organised manner.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen for a minimum of 2 years, be flexible, able to work under pressure and a willingness to learn. It is essential that you have a practical working knowledge of allergen safety and accountability, along with good time management and organisational skills.
