The Owner of a group of inns is seeking a Chef de Partie that can assist the kitchen team to maintain the standards that are expected by the locals and visitors that return regularly due to the pubs good reputation in the area. The Country pub has recently been refurbished and the menus combine country pub classics with a modern twist, as a result this Chef de Partie role will give you the opportunity to develop a knowledge of a wide range of dishes whilst you will be expected to have full control of your section in the kitchen.
A Chef de Partie who enjoys working with all fresh food and has developed the skills necessary to cook to a high standards whilst under pressure in a busy kitchen is required for this role. A chef who is determined to carry on learning and developing their own knowledge in an environment that will you offer you career development opportunities would be ideal.
