Chef de Partie – TP2236 Full Time Permanent

A Chef de Partie or Sauce Chef position is available at this popular 1 AA rosette spa hotel that is pushing for 2 AA Rosettes. The hotel not only has a fine dining restaurant but also bar food, room service and functions. The kitchen has a brigade of 8 Chefs and are looking for a Chef de Partie to join them to keep the standards expected at this Hotel. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be preparing dishes for the 1AA rosette restaurant at the property which is open for lunches, afternoon teas, and dinner. The Head Chef has full autonomy to create their own menus with the restaurant winning awards and dining accolades for the dishes based on classic cooking but prepared with modern twists whilst letting the excellent ingredients be the star attraction.

Requirements:

A very strong Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who have good experience working in high quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
