A coaching Inn with boutique rooms which has a great reputation for food is seeking a Chef de Partie to work closely within a team of 5 chefs. The menus consist of daily changing special boards that focus on fish and seafood but also includes meat, poultry and vegetarian options. All dishes are prepared from fresh ingredients with a focus on using local artisan suppliers and foraged foods wherever possible. In this role of chef de partie you will be preparing dishes to a 2 rosette standard under the guidance of a renowned Head Chef.
A committed Chef de Partie who has a stable CV based with experience of working in one or two AA rosette level fresh food kitchens is needed to take on this role. A chef who can work on all sections, is hard working, committed and wants an opportunity to progress in their career.
