A Chef de Partie position is available to join an award winning much talked about restaurant with rooms. The food is bold, vibrant and inventive comprising of quality ingredients including locally sourced and foraged produce, which are crafted into unique dishes. As chef de partie, you get to oversee a section in the kitchen, and will report to the senior chefs. The position will allow you to learn more culinary skills , build up stamina to handle high pressure situations, and learn about multiple duties.
The role needs a Chef de Partie that has experience working in 2 or 3 rosette standard kitchens, who is innovative and creative. You must have a passion for culinary arts, pay attention to detail and have a high standard of presentation.
