The Head Chef of a boutique hotel situated in the heart of Sheffield is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade, cooking good quality dishes for the restaurant, bar and busy conference and banqueting operation. The property has an excellent reputation in the city and serves modern menus using the latest cooking techniques, using fresh seasonally changing ingredients. The banquet and conference department is extensive and can cater for 100 plus covers for meetings weddings and graduations. A Chef de Partie who is capable of running their section under pressure in a busy kitchen is required.
A Chef de Partie who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. This role will suit a Chef de Partie who is flexible and has good all round skills on each section of the kitchen
