A Chef de Partie is required for this award winning boutique hotel which boasts a great reputation not only for its food but also for its destination. The Chef de Partie will need to work closely with a talented team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen high standards are maintained. There is a restaurant which serves breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas, and evening meals. There is also a banqueting area that can cater for functions for up to a maximum of 150 guests. The menus are regularly changing and consist of modern British dishes cooked to award winning standards, using fresh seasonal produce locally sourced.
The ideal candidate for this role must have good quality fresh food experience, and a stable background. They will also have been working as a Chef de Partie level in their most recent position. They must also be, an enthusiastic, and ambitious chef that enjoys a role that can offer progression.
