A Chef de Partie with a good work ethic is required to join the kitchen team working at a hugely popular hotel which offers rosette standard food. The restaurant menus feature fine dining dishes and brasserie style dishes which are created using ingredients sourced locally and In-season. As well as the busy restaurant, the hotel is also a popular venue for small weddings especially during the summer months so the role of Chef de Partie requires you to be able to remain calm under pressure and maintain a tidy, well organised section especially during busy periods.
A passionate Chef de Partie who has been working for a minimum of 2 years in a quality, fresh food kitchen where you were running your own section is required. A chef who can bring stability to the kitchen with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
The hotel has reopened in line with Government guidelines in order to ensure all staff remain safe within the working environment.
