The restaurant menus feature fine dining dishes and brasserie style dishes which are created using ingredients sourced locally and In-season. A passionate Chef de Partie who has been working for a minimum of 2 years in a quality, fresh food kitchen where you were running your own section is required. A chef who can bring stability to the kitchen with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
