The Head Chef of a country house hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of chefs working in the kitchen. The restaurant at the hotel offers a modern British menu with a wide choice of dishes that are created to 2 rosette standard, as well as a more informal menu in the bar area. This role offers great training opportunities as you will be trained on the running of all sections by this experienced Head Chef. All meals are prepared with fresh locally sourced produce and presented to a high standard. The hotel also offers dining in the banqueting outlets so this will be a very varied role.
A Chef de Partie who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential. A desire to learn and progress will be ideal for this role.
