A fresh food pub with rooms located in a busy holiday destination town in the Peak district is seeking a chef de partie. The pub has a great reputation in the region and is popular for its pub favourites, restaurant dishes and the bar snacks that are served. The menus are changing regularly to reflect the fresh seasonal foods and also has a specials board. The pub can get very busy so service needs to be fast paced whilst keeping the high standards expected.
An experienced Commis chef or Chef de Partie who has been working in fresh food fast paced restaurants or pubs is required to take on this position. Ideally a local chef who does not require accommodation and is willing to be flexible with working hours.
