A private owner is seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to assist in the launch of a trendy new seafood restaurant and brasserie in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven chef de Partie, menus will feature a wide selection of fresh seafood, modern British style with Japanese and French influences. There will be a separate restaurant which will offer fine dining dishes and the owner wants to push forward for accolades and awards. As Chef de Partie you will be expected to work well with a new team and will be responsible for your own section.
An experienced Chef de Partie who has previous experience in Mediterranean restaurants with an emphasis on seafood dishes, gained at award winning, AA Rosette kitchens. An excellent all round knowledge of the kitchen and an up to date awareness of current cooking trends is needed for this role. All chefs should have good organisational skills, be enthusiastic, and want to push boundaries to achieve accolades and awards.
