An experienced Chef de Partie is required to join a hotel kitchen in Derbyshire
The Head Chef of a well known hotel that is a popular dining venue as well as being a favourite for weddings and other special events is now seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. The role will require the successful Chef de Partie to cater for the fine dining restaurant that serves modern British dishes with a focus on using Derbyshire produce wherever possible. At the same time you will need to assist with the creation of banquets for over 100 covers upkeeping the high standards the hotel is known for.
All Chef de Parties or Demi Chef de Parties applying to this role should have been working at this level in a hotel with at least one AA Rosette as well as having previous banqueting experience. It is important that all applicants are strong team players who are able to work well with others, remaining calm under pressure at all times.
