An upmarket restaurant in the Ilkley region is recruiting for a Chef de Partie
A Chef de Partie is required to join the team of five chefs working in the kitchen of a modern British restaurant serving AA Rosette standard dishes. The Head Chef of the restaurant works with fresh produce to create seasonal dishes all prepared from scratch in the kitchen to the high standards that the customers have come to expect at the venue. This Chef de Partie role can offer you good working hours as the latest you will finish is 9pm but there are also early shifts on the rota where you will finish at 4pm but at the same time will also allow you to continue learning as there are excellent training programs in place.
An ambitious Chef de Partie who has been working in good quality kitchens but is possibly seeking a role with better working hours would be ideal for this role. The role needs a chef who has good skills on a number of sections in the kitchen so can add strength to the kitchen team.
