An opportunity is available at a luxury focused hotel for a Chef de Partie where you will be able to boost your cooking knowledge working under a team of highly experienced chefs who will ensure that you are capable of working to their exacting standards. The hotel has an AA Rosette awarded fine dining brasserie serving classic food with a French influence that feature the best produce available in the local region where ever possible. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be joining a team of seven chefs in the kitchen where you will be required to run your section.
A Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie who has been working in properties with at least two AA Rosettes is required to take on this role.The ability to work well within a high quality, busy kitchen where you will be fully responsible for your own section is essential.
