The role of Chef de Partie is available at a luxury multi outlet property located in Worcestershire. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be cooking not only for the fine dining restaurant that caters for 45 covers with menus consisting of farm produced products mixed with locally foraged ingredients, but also for the more casual dining outlet. This is also a popular wedding, meetings and events venue catering for up to 300 guests across different entertainment spaces. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking and expanding privately owned property where you will gain invaluable experience.
A Chef de Partie who has a proven track record working in fresh food kitchens and also banqueting experience. It is essential that you are able to manage a section and have good all round cooking skills.
Due to the location of this property it is essential that you have your own transport
