Chef de Partie – SB2334A Full Time Permanent

An excellent opportunity is available for a Chef de Partie to join the brigade working at a luxury hotel where you will be catering for different dining options on offer to the guests.  The main restaurant at the hotel holds a number of awards and accolades for delivering exceptional standards of cooking with Brasserie style menus that offer the freshest, most seasonal dishes.  At the same time as Chef de Partie you will also be required to prepare dishes for private diners, afternoon teas and the functions taking place at the hotel.

Requirements:

All chefs applying for this role should have been working at two AA Rosette level in their previous roles ideally as a Demi Chef de Partie.  It is important that you can settle well into a small, dedicated team of chefs who are continually developing the food offering in place at the property.
