A luxury boutique Coastal hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, and an excellent reputation is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of chefs in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie you will not only prepare dishes for the restaurant at the property, but you will also have the opportunity to move around the different sections of the kitchen. The hotel also caters for private dining has a number of different rooms for this purpose and is also a popular venue for afternoon teas events and weddings. The Head Chef has autonomy to create their own menus using the best seasonally changing local ingredients including freshly foraged delicacies. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef de Partie to join a stable team where plenty of training and experience will be gained from the Head Chef who is pushing standards forward.
A very strong Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who is passionate and has stable experience working in high quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
