A Chef de Partie position is available to join a charming country inn that has an excellent reputation for the standard of food served in the restaurant. The food is bold, vibrant and inventive comprising of quality ingredients locally sourced, which are crafted into pub classics with a modern twist. As Chef de Partie, you get to oversee a section in the kitchen, and will report to the senior chefs. The position will allow you to learn more culinary skills, build up stamina to handle high pressure situations, and learn about multiple duties. In this role you will 5 days a week, two of the shifts will be breakfast and you will get one weekend off a month.
Requirements:
The role needs a Chef de Partie that has experience working in fresh food kitchens, who is eager to learn skills and gain experience
