Chef de Partie – SB2205 Full Time Permanent

Exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a multi national company at one of their 5* luxury multi award winning hotels.  In this position you will be joining a brigade of chefs in the brasserie style restaurant at the hotel offering comfort food in an informal setting.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef de Partie to work with talented and enthusiastic chefs where you will receive full on the job training. The hotel has other dining outlets including fine dining restaurants so you will have plenty of opportunity to progress within the company.

Requirements:

CVs will be considered from chefs who are ambitious, have a drive, commitment and enthusiastic to learn and develop. It is important that you can show a stable background and you can demonstrate that you are reliable.
