Chef de Partie – SB2135 Full Time Permanent

The Group Head Chef of this popular traditional pub is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to assist in the kitchen which has a brigade of 7 chefs. The pub is part of an independent pub company which offers semi branded menus that focus on modern British food. All of the dishes are freshly prepared on site and the menus also include regularly changing specials. The pub is located in a very popular destination and can cater for 100 plus covers becoming very busy during holiday periods. As Chef de Partie, you get to oversee a section in the kitchen, and report to the senior chefs. The position will allow you to learn more culinary skills, build up stamina to handle high pressure situations, and learn about multiple duties.

Requirements:

The role needs a Chef de Partie that has experience working in fresh food branded kitchens, who is innovative and creative and has a passion to learn. You must have an interest for culinary arts, pay attention to detail and have a high standard of presentation.
