Exciting opportunity for a chef de partie, to work in a newly refurbished and brand new kitchen at a golf club in Cambridgeshire, that offers high quality fresh food in all of its outlets. The fine dining restaurant serves dishes to 2 AA rosette standard, the golfers café serves light snack, and the bar serves lighter lunches and afternoon teas. In addition to this there is a busy banqueting and conference department able to cater for 300 plus guests for meetings, events and weddings. As Chef de Partie, you get to work in all areas of the kitchen, and report to the senior chefs. The position will allow you to learn more culinary skills, build up stamina to handle high pressure situations, and learn about multiple duties.
The role needs a Chef de Partie that has experience working in fresh food kitchens, who is innovative and creative and has a passion to learn. You must have a passion for culinary arts, pay attention to detail and have a high standard of presentation.
Due to the location of this property it is essential that all applicants have access to their own transport.
