A Chef de Partie with a good work ethic is required to join the kitchen team working at a newly refurbished luxury boutique hotel located on the banks of the Thames. The restaurant menu feature fine dining dishes which are created using ingredients sourced locally and In-season. As well as the busy restaurant, there is a bar area where lighter dishes are served, and also a deli which serves sandwiches and pastries. There are also rooms for meetings and private events and the hotel is a popular venue for locals and visitors to the area especially during the summer months, so the role of Chef de Partie requires you to be able to remain calm under pressure and maintain a tidy, well organised section especially during busy periods.
A passionate Chef de Partie who has been working for a minimum of 2 years in a quality, fresh food kitchen where you were running your own section is required. A chef who can bring stability to the kitchen with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
