A traditional country village pub is seeking a Chef de Partie to take on this opportunity to work at a property that has high standards and an excellent reputation. The kitchen of the property has a team of four chefs who you assist to ensure punctual, quality service at all times. The food is made with natural, fresh ingredients that are sourced locally where possible. As well as traditional pub classics like popular steak and ale pie or fish and chips. To keep the menus interesting and seasonal they are changed every ten weeks.
A Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef who has been working in a similar fresh food pub environment where you were cooking all dishes from scratch using high quality, fresh ingredients. The role needs a chef who is enthusiastic, and committed to achieve and has a good knowledge of current food safety regulations.
