The Head Chef of a fantastic coastal hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of chefs working in the kitchen. The restaurant at the hotel offers a menu with a wide choice of dishes that changes regularly with classic recipes given modern interpretations prepared using locally grown produce wherever possible. The property is also very busy with Cream Teas throughout the year with visitors to the area. This is a great place for a chef de Partie to work, very busy and plenty of experience to be gained.
A Chef de Partie who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role.
