The Head Chef of this popular traditional pub is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to the kitchen to work closely with the brigade of 7 chefs. The pub is part of an independent pub company which offers semi branded menus that focus on modern British food. All of the dishes are freshly prepared on site and the menus also include regularly changing specials. The pub is located in a very popular destination and can cater for 100 plus covers becoming very busy during holiday periods. As Chef de Partie you will be expected to be capable of working across all sections in the kitchen offering strength in all areas.
A talented Chef de Partie who has strong all round cooking skills who can work well under pressure is required for this role. A background working in high volume branded fresh food operations is desired for this position.
