The Group HR Manager of a group of award winning hotels, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of 8 chefs working in the kitchen at one of the properties, located in a Suffolk seaside town. The restaurant at the hotel offers a menu with a wide choice of dishes that change with the seasons with classic recipes given modern interpretations prepared using locally grown produce wherever possible. The property has a separate brasserie style restaurant as well as catering for its busy wedding and conference facilities. This is a great place for a chef de Partie to work, a busy kitchen with a fairly young team and good atmosphere. This hotel is very popular with visitors and guests.
Requirements:
A Chef de Partie who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. This role will suit a Chef de Partie who is flexible and has good all round skills on each section of the kitchen
