A popular good quality fresh food pub in Cornwall is recruiting a Chef de Partie.
A Chef de Partie position is available at a good quality food led pub that has built a excellent reputation for offering high quality, modern British pub food. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be joining a team of seven chefs preparing dishes using locally sourced fresh seasonal produce, for an average of 30-50 covers which increases during the summer months due to the influx of visitors to the region. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working in a face paced kitchen with a focused team that is pushing for awards.
The Head Chef is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who has a stable background working in busy fresh food kitchens, proving that you are able to work well under pressure. A passionate and enthusiastic chef who is eager to continue learning under highly skilled senior chefs would be ideal.
