A pub located in the stunning Cotswolds’ is recruiting Chef de Parties.
Chef de parties are required for this pub to help to build up a great reputation for serving high quality fresh food. As chef de partie you will need to work closely with a talented team to ensure service times run smoothly. There is a restaurant which will serve breakfasts lunches and evening meals. The menus will consist of dishes using fresh seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers as much as possible, along with regularly changing specials. Chef de partie you will be supporting the team of 4 or 5 chefs chefs cooking for large numbers during the peak season. This pub has a sister one close by so you may have the opportunity to gain experience in both kitchens.
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a chef de partie or Commis chef in a good quality fresh food property. You must have a stable background, be enthusiastic, and want to develop you skills within a strong team.
The restaurant has opened in line with Government guidelines in order to ensure all staff remain safe within the working environment.
