A hotel that is a very popular dining venue is seeking a Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen creating dishes for the restaurant and the function room. During the busiest times the restaurant can serve up to 250 covers due to the reputation it has built in the area as a leading dining venue. As Chef de Partie you will be given the opportunity to cook locally sourced produce to create the dishes from the regularly changing menus.
The Head Chef of the property is seeking a Chef de Partie or very strong Commis Chef who has experience working in a similar kitchen environment. It is essential that you are used to cooking with all fresh ingredients in a fast paced, high volume kitchen.
