A great opportunity is available for a Chef de Partie to join the small kitchen team working at a privately owned country pub where you will be cooking good quality, fresh food with all dishes prepared in house. The pub generally serves an average of 80 covers a day prepared by the small team of four chefs working in the kitchen. As Chef de Partie you will be expected to be capable of running your own section to the high standards that the Head Chef has put into place.
A Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie or very strong Commis Chef who has been working in kitchens where you were cooking with all fresh ingredients working to high standards consistently is needed for this role. Previous experience working in a busy kitchen operation is essential for this role.
