A golf club located in Oxfordshire that offers fresh, seasonal dishes in its 70 cover restaurant as well as for the golf events that take place at the venue is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of 3 chefs working in the kitchen. The venue is especially busy during the golf peak season in the summer months but is used throughout the year. As Chef de Partie you will be required t have knowledge of several sections in the kitchen with the ability to move around depending on where you are required to work. The role will require you to work 8am to 5pm, five days out of seven on a rota basis.
In this role of Chef de Partie you will be required to be capable of working on different sections in the kitchen so should have previous experience as a strong Demi Chef de Partie or a Chef de Partie but are now seeking better working hours. A background working in high quality, fresh food kitchens is essential.
