A hotel which has a modern newly built kitchen is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of chefs working hard to build the venues reputation as a fantastic place for high quality dining. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be creating dishes that heavily focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients with dishes that truly reflect the seasons. This is a great opportunity to continue learning under a very talented Head Chef who has a fantastic background and will take time to share his knowledge with you.
All Chef de Parties applying to this role should be used to working in high quality, fresh food kitchens ideally with at least one AA Rosette although this is not essential. The ability to work well within a small team is essential for this role.
