An established award winning family run Italian Restaurant, is recruiting for either a chef de Partie or sous chef with experience in Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers authentic Italian Cuisine cooked to a high standard and has an excellent reputation locally. In this role you will be assisting a small number of chefs to deliver freshly prepared and cooked dishes with an emphasis on pizzas, pasta, fish and meats along with chefs specials. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Tuesdays to Saturdays.
A chef de partie or sous chef who has a proven track record of working in fine dining restaurants, is enthusiastic, courteous, pays excellent attention to details and is flexible with a can-do attitude.
