Chef de Partie – MT2163 Full Time Permanent

The Executive Head Chef of a group of traditional country village pubs is seeking a Chef de Partie to work at a pub restaurant that maintains high standards and an excellent reputation. The kitchen within property has a dedicated and passionate team of chefs who you will assist to ensure punctual, quality service at all times. The food is made with natural, fresh ingredients that are sourced locally where possible, the menus consist of traditional pub classics along with regular changing specials. The Head chef is committed to pushing the food standards forward so this is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and enthusiastic team where full on the job training will be given.

Requirements:

A Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef who has been working in a similar fresh food pub environment where you were cooking all dishes from scratch using high quality, fresh ingredients. The role needs a chef who is passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to achieve and has a good knowledge of current food safety regulations.
