A recently refurbished traditional country village pub is seeking a Chef de Partie to take on this opportunity to work at a property that has high standards and an excellent reputation. The kitchen of the property has a team of four chefs who you assist to ensure punctual, quality service at all times. The food is made with natural, fresh ingredients that are sourced locally where possible, the menus consist of traditional pub classics along with regular changing specials. The Head chef is committed to pushing the food standards forward so this is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and enthusiastic team.
A Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef who has been working in a similar fresh food pub environment where you were cooking all dishes from scratch using high quality, fresh ingredients. The role needs a chef who is passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to achieve and has a good knowledge of current food safety regulations.
