The Exec Head Chef of this 218 bed 4* corporate hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie who has previous experience of working in a fast paced kitchen. This busy hotel, offers a la carte dining in the restaurant, lighter bites in the bar and lounge and is also a popular venue for weddings and conferences catering for 400 guests across 9 meeting rooms. The hotel prides itself on providing good quality, seasonally changing fresh food prepared and cooked to high standards. You will be working with a brigade of 9 Chefs so good teamwork skills are also required. This is an exciting role for a chef de partie who wants to work as part of a forward thinking successful company.
This role would suit a chef de partie who has a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a fast paced volume fresh food kitchen, looking for a new challenge in their career. It is important that all chefs applying have good all round cooking skills gained from within fresh food kitchens and is capable of holding a section. It is also important that you have experience serving a number of different dining options, and that you are standards driven, and can work in a large team.
