Chef de Partie – MT2103 Full Time Permanent

A Chef de Partie role is available at a multi outlet Spa Hotel located in Melton Mowbray. The senior chefs in the kitchen will invest time to train you in order to ensure that you can work to the high standards expected at the venue working with fresh ingredients in a timely and organised manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to work up through the kitchen and who wishes to develop their all round cooking skills in a fresh food kitchen environment where you will be moved around the sections to gain valuable experience.

Requirements:

The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen where you gained good basic cooking skills is essential for this role.
