The General Manager of this well run hotel located in Nottingham is seeking a chef de partie who can join the kitchen brigade. The hotel offers dining in the restaurant, the bar and also has functions rooms which are popular at the weekend and used for conferences during the week. The hotel prides itself on fresh food so experience of using fresh produce is essential. You will be assisting a brigade of 7 Chefs so good team working skills are required.
This role would suit an experienced Commis chef seeking their first Chef de Partie role or a Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge in their career. It is important that all chefs applying have cooking skills gained from within hotel kitchens where you were serving a number of different dining options from one kitchen.
