The position of a chef de partie to help prepare and cook award winning food for a country pub situated in an idyllic village near Melton Mowbray is available. As Chef de partie you will assist in preparing and cooking the award winning food for the restaurant and join a team with a culture that delivers excellent guest experience. An input into the menu development is part of this role, the food served is 2AA rosette standard consisting of fine dining, in the restaurant and private dining rooms. Having a key eye for local and current food trends will be an integral part of this role. You will support the team to create original and great tasting seasonal menus using fresh local suppliers along with regular changing special.
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced chef de partie with a proven track record working with fresh food. It is essential that you are hard working, have a good attitude and want to work in a kitchen where you will learn valuable skills and experience.
Due to the location of this property it is essential that applicants have access to their own transport.
