Chef de Partie – MT2063 Full Time Permanent

The Head Chef of a multi-outlet hotel in Lincolnshire is seeking a Chef de Partie to work in both the main kitchen and banqueting. The catering for the restaurant consists of a part branded A la Carte menu and a regularly changing specials board whilst the busy conference and banqueting area has buffet and plated menus for large numbers. As Chef de Partie you will be working within a team of eight and will need to ensure that your section is fully prepared for the busy service times whilst also ensuring that you are working in a clean, tidy manner so are able to be organised when under pressure.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or a very strong Commis Chef in a high volume kitchen environment is essential for the role. The ability to perform to the high standards the senior chefs expect whilst also running your section without compromising cooking standards is an important aspect to the position.
