The Head Chef of a multi-outlet hotel located near Grantham is seeking a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie to work in the fast paced brasserie kitchen that offers seasonally changing fresh food dishes. This is a high volume dining operation which also caters for the busy bar and conferencing areas and as Chef de Partie you will be working within a team of 8 chefs. This is a great opportunity for a chef who is organised and enjoys working in fast paced kitchens where there is potential to progress within the team. Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or a very strong Commis Chef in a high volume fresh food kitchen environment is essential for the role. You must be able to show that you are organised, able to work well within a team and have good communication skills. It is preferable that you live locally to the hotel and are able to drive.
