The Head Chef of a multi-outlet hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to work in the main kitchen catering for the restaurant that offers a TDH menu for dinner and high quality buffets for lunch. This is a high volume dining operation with the capacity for the restaurant to be serving up to 300 covers during the busiest times. As Chef de Partie you will need to ensure that your section is fully prepared for the busy service times whilst also ensuring that you are working in a clean, tidy manner so are able to organised when under pressure.
Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or a very strong Commis Chef in a high volume kitchen environment is essential for the role. The ability to perform to the high standards the senior chefs expect whilst also running your section without compromising cooking standards is an important aspect to the position.
