A garden centre restaurant in Lincolnshire is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen
A fast paced, fresh food restaurant has a role available for a Chef de Partie to work within a team of four chefs in the kitchen. The venue offers breakfast, lunches, snacks and light bites all prepared to a good quality and produced on site. The Head Chef is seeking a Chef de Partie who can understand the basic sauces, soups etc in order to complete your prep so that you can perform well in the busy service times. The role would be ideal for a chef seeking better working hours as you will be working day shifts and will have every other weekend off.
A Chef de Partie who has been working in a fresh food environment but is seeking a new challenge in their career that can offer you better working hours is needed for this position. It is important that you have good basic cooking skills with the ability to work well in a busy kitchen operation.
