The Head Chef of a three star hotel which operates a restaurant as well as banqueting rooms is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to his team of seven chefs. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be assisting with preparing basic soups and sauces, working on the grill, carrying out breakfast shifts and assisting with the preparation of buffets for the banqueting department. This is a great opportunity to continue learning whilst working within a recognised brand of hotels.
A Chef de Partie who is hoping to gain a role where they can learn the basics of hotel kitchen work whilst working in a busy kitchen operation would be ideal for this role. Previous cooking experience is essential for this position.
